Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of epc-llc.com (the "Site") and the property care services provided by Evergreen Property Care ("Evergreen," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Our services

Evergreen provides mowing, snow plowing, mulching, and related property care services in the greater Utica and Rome, New York area. The specific scope, price, and schedule for any job are agreed with you directly, by phone, email, or in person, before work begins.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes provided through the Site's quote tool, by phone, or by email are estimates based on the information available at the time. The final price may change if the actual site conditions, property size, or scope of work differ from what was described. We'll let you know before doing any work that falls outside the original estimate.

Scheduling and weather

Service dates, especially for mowing and snow plowing, are weather-dependent and may shift with little notice. We'll do our best to keep you informed of any changes to your scheduled service.

Payment

Payment terms are agreed with you at the time of booking. Invoices are due upon the terms stated on the invoice; we may pause or decline future service for accounts with significant past-due balances.

Property access and site conditions

You're responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property and for pointing out anything on the property (irrigation heads, buried lines, fencing, pet waste, obstacles, etc.) that our crew should be aware of. We take reasonable care while working, but we're not responsible for damage to items or hazards that weren't disclosed and weren't reasonably visible to our crew.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule a service by contacting us as far in advance as reasonably possible. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Evergreen's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Use of the Site

The Site and its content, including text, images, and design, belong to Evergreen and may not be copied or reused without our permission. You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to disrupt it or access it in ways not intended by its design.

Third-party tools

The quote tool on this Site is provided by DeepLawn, a third party. Their own terms and privacy policy govern how they handle the information you submit through that tool. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
